Refund policy

At Syndomez, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at cs@syndromez.ai with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without approval for return.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please inform us through email at cs@syndromez.ai, and we’ll check how we can help in that case.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These may include:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

Your refund is on its way! Please note that it may take up to 15 days for the amount to show in your original payment account. 

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time frame:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider; processing may take time.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at cs@syndromez.ai.
